Using Cheap Trashcan Liners Can Increase Cleaning Cost

Too often, businesses and corporations, seek budget short cutting cost products. Yet quite often, using such products, impacts quality, and impacts cleaning cost.

For example, relying on cheap trash can liners can wreak havoc on estimated cleaning budget cost. This reality is all too familiar to, Allen Maintenance Corporation, cleaning staff. After all, quite often, staff encounters spillage and leakage from trash can liners, filled with cups of coffee, left behind by employees, who refuse to pour out liquids before tossing cups in trash.

Not only does this impact the cost of cleaning; it also requires cost to have carpet and floors professionally cleaned, to remove coffee and beverage stains.

Instead, Allen Maintenance Corporation, recommends utilizing trash can liners that are strong enough to sustain liquids. Purchasing strong trash can liners, may increase cost, but save, you more money in the long run.

The best product to use to cut cost and sustain this spillage issue, can be purchased at Plastic Place; found at https://www.plasticplace.com/color/clear-trash-bags?wizzard_strength=729&p=1#181

Flu Threats Already Have Schools in a Tizzy

According to CleanLink, an international on-line information resource management portal, for sanitary supply distributors, building service contractors, and in-house cleaning professionals. Schools in the Southern District of Michigan, sent students home with the flu. This widespread flu epidemic caused doors to close for days, during the last week of October 2018.

The Center of Disease Control is increasing its campaign to evoke citizens to take the flu shot this year. Assuming this season may be the deadliest flu season ever.

News reported by WWJ News Radio 950, also conveyed that the spread of flu germs, was caused by teachers spreading it to students. Seemingly, reports also convey, that 20 percent of the school population was home with the flu, due to this outbreak.

In, Shreveport, LA, a similar outbreak occurred, evoking a 15 percent absenteeism, among teachers and students.

One way for schools to combat the spread of the flu virus, is offering flu shoots on site. This can be done by sending permission slips home with students, so parents can sign them, and those students can receive flu shots from the on-staff nurse. If on-staff nurses aren’t on campus; schools should partner with local health departments and hospitals, to designate a day of the week, when shots can be administered to those students, whose parents condone such shots be provided.

Furthermore, teachers should take an active role in protecting themselves from being victims of the flu. This should involve washing their hands, and keeping hand sanitizer in their classrooms, so students can utilize the sanitation substance regularly.

Allen Maintenance Corporation, works feverishly to help stamp out the spread of germs in large gathering spaces, such as school. To learn how, Allen Maintenance Corporation, can be instrumental in managing the spread of germs in your school, contact their office, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm, at 313-383-4840.
